I ran 3.4 miles yesterday on the road then walked 2.2. That's a great improvement from last week when I could barely walk. So I highly recommend yoga and miracle balls!
Today I'm taking my running buddy for a trail run. I'm trying to get her turned on to that. We're starting with the trail I did last weekend with the hubby:
